The Positive Planner is the brainchild of Ali and Finn, two mums on a mission to break the stigma around mental health. Both have experience of mental health issues - Ali was diagnosed with postnatal depression after the birth of her daughter, and Finn has a long history of anxiety and depression. Both felt there was little support for them during their lowest times. Mental health touches each and everyone of us and they want the Positive Planner movement to become a symbol of solidarity and acceptance for what is sometimes seen as a taboo subject.
